  • Interior Design | currently enrolled Jr. + Sr. Interior Design students, submit portfolio for consideration

Compensation: Minimum wage, coffee allowance + perks
Experience Required: 1-2 years prior experience/enrollment
Requirements: Portfolios and samples of work for creative roles are required. A letter of recommendation and cover letter for all applicants should include why your values, mission, and experience align with our brand, and your preference on PT/FT availability.

DIRECTOR OF STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP + SALES // FT

This role is for a seasoned professional who understands that true luxury is built on trust, consistency, and long-term relationships, not transactional selling.

Compensation: Commission-Only (High-Earning Potential)
Experience Required: 5+ years outbound B2B and B2C sales
Industry Background: Luxury, real estate, medical/pharma sales, high-ticket services, or comparable consultative sales environment.

Role Overview

The Director of Strategic Partnerships & Outbound Sales is responsible for proactively building and nurturing high-value referral relationships that drive qualified Interior design and furnishing clients to ONYX + ALABASTER.

This is a pure outbound, commission-only role designed for a self-directed sales professional who thrives on autonomy, accountability, and performance-based compensation.

You will represent the brand externally with polish, discernment, and integrity—opening doors, cultivating partnerships, and stewarding relationships that align with our standards and values.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Business Development

  • Proactively identify, pursue, and cultivate strategic B2B relationships (builders, developers, real estate professionals, architects, private client advisors, clients, relocation firms, luxury service providers, etc.)

  • Consistently generate qualified introductions and opportunities for the design and furnishings teams

  • Maintain a disciplined outbound cadence (prospecting, follow-up, relationship nurturing)

Relationship Stewardship

  • Serve as a trusted ambassador of the ONYX + ALABASTER brand

  • Build long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships—not one-off transactions

  • Communicate clearly, professionally, and proactively with internal leadership

Pipeline & Performance Management

  • Track outreach, conversations, and conversions with accuracy and transparency

  • Own your pipeline and results with maturity and self-accountability

  • Collaborate with leadership to refine targeting and messaging as needed
