HOME MARKET SALES ASSOCIATE (RETAIL ASSOCIATE) — PT / FT

Experience in retail sales or interior design. Extremely people and sales-oriented. In the home market floor sales, the ability to see and know people well is key. Requires strong people skills and an ability to use technology.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE CEO — FT


The Executive Assistant serves as the CEO’s right hand, providing elevated administrative, operational, and strategic support across all facets of ONYX + ALABASTER. This role protects the CEO’s time, ensures priorities move forward, and upholds the brand’s standard of excellence with discernment, professionalism, and grace.

Manage and optimize the CEO’s daily schedule, appointments, and travel to ensure smooth, efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as primary gatekeeper—filtering communication, prioritizing requests, and safeguarding focus on high-impact initiatives.

  • Prepare meeting agendas, notes, presentations, and follow-ups to maintain momentum and accountability.

  • Support cross-department coordination, keeping the CEO informed through clear summaries, project overviews, and timely updates.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and unwavering integrity.

  • Assist with special projects, events, vendor coordination, and company communications as assigned.

  • Represent the CEO with polished, professional correspondence and exceptional customer service.

DESIGN + CONSTRUCTION LIASON

The Design + Construction Liaison oversees the full lifecycle of interior design projects at O+A, ensuring every engagement is executed with precision, clarity, and the elevated standard our brand is known for. This role bridges creative vision and operational excellence—driving timelines, communication, budgets, and client experience from concept to installation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning, scheduling, and coordination across designers, vendors, and contractors

  • Maintain detailed project timelines, procurement trackers, budgets, and installation plans.

  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for clients—delivering clear communication, regular updates, and confident guidance.

  • Oversee procurement: POs, lead times, logistics, freight, inspections, and warehouse coordination.

  • Manage construction collaboration, site visits, and trade walk-throughs to ensure accuracy and alignment with design intent.

  • Identify risks early, troubleshoot decisively, and ensure projects remain on time and within scope.

  • Protect profitability through disciplined documentation, change-order management, and margin awareness.

  • Support the design team so their creative work is executed flawlessly and efficiently.
